Summertime and bonfires aren’t complete unless you have hot dogs and homemade s’mores. Sometimes we can’t just go outside and start a fire because we are hungry for these gooey, chocolaty delights. This homemade s’mores recipe can be made anytime – right from the comfort of your own kitchen! This is a fun recipe for the family to come together and pitch in their efforts! Homemade S’Mores Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pouch sugar cookie mix(1 lb 1.5 oz)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup melted butter
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In large bowl, stir together cookie mix and crumbs. Stir in melted butter until soft dough forms.
- Take dough and Press into ungreased 13×9-inch pan.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until set.
- Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. L
- et stand 3 to 5 minutes or until chocolate begins to melt.
- Spread chocolate evenly over crust.
- Set oven control to broil. Sprinkle marshmallows over melted chocolate. Broil on top rack for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted. (Marshmallows will brown quickly.)
- Cool 10 minutes
